The process of ordering couldn't be easier with Lilykiss. Either order a sample of your favourite design to start with to see our superior quality yourself. Or simply order now knowing your wedding stationery will be your dream order. Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 24 hrs by email to confirm your order and start the next steps. As well as get your text information from you, if you haven't put it in on checkout. As well as an email regarding formatting your guests names and addresses if you are wanting these extras. Once we have all this info - we commence your layouts and send them to you as a PDF format via email, within 24 hrs. You then thoroughly check these layouts and let us know if there are any amends. Once you have approved the final design we then send your stunning stationery off to print. When we get them back we carefully check each piece to make sure its of our premium Lilykiss standard. Lovingly package them up then send them off via Australia Post - and then send you an email confirming they are in the post with a tracking number so you can see where they are.
Once we have your order - all your text, payment and guests names and addresses if you are getting them - we then start your layouts. We get you this within 24 hrs. As a PDF format through email. You then approve this, or send us any amends to then resend back to you. Once we have sign off of your layouts we are at print. From then they will be packaged and in the post on their way to you within 9 working days. We send your parcel by Australia Post - so then your arrival time depends on where you live. We send you the tracking number so that you can track where your stationery is at along its journey. Please double check with is regarding the timing of our laser cut designs. As they require stock sometimes we might be out, very rarely, but they might take a little longer. We will let you know immediately if this is the case. In very rare accounts there can be a delay, in the very odd occurance that our supplier has had a shortage of wood and had to reorder, but this is VERY rare and we will update you immediately if something like this was happening.
Shipping is $15 flat rate across Australia. And there is no extra postage for samples. Your invitations are sent via Australia post - regular postage. Your wedding stationery is sent as registered post so will have a track number that we email you after they are sent. So you can track exactly where they are and start getting excited as they are approaching! As well as resting assured that they cant get lost. If you require express posting this is of course possible but is an extra charge. Delivery time once your wedding invites are in the post is dependant on where you live. We cant be responsible for timings once they are in the post. We are based in Melbourne so most areas are very efficient. But we always recommend being as organised as possible! Organised brides make for stress free brides :)
Yes we ship anywhere overseas! The process is easy - we can get you an electronic PDF then once we have your approval shop your beautiful wedding invitations to you wherever you are. It's stress free. All prices on our site are all in Australian Dollars, however if you wanted a quote in USD, NZD, BPD please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you a quote based on the conversion of the current exchange rate.
